Text Box: Methods of Payment: Visa, Master Card, Discovery, COD, or prepayments with a business check are accepted methods of payment. Order Policy: All orders or changes to an order must be received in writing (including any order cancellation). All orders will be shipped on an as-ready basis, including any back-ordered items. Any changes to an order must be received at least one week prior to  specified ship date. All backorders will be shipped when goods are available unless Yurana Design receives written notice otherwise. Returns: All sales are final and any returns authorized by Yurana Design shall be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and payment of all applicable shipping charges. Merchandise Claims: Please carefully inspect all merchandise promptly upon receipt of a shipment. Yurana Design must be notified in writing, E-mail or telephone within 10 days of received delivery of any product defects claimed.
